Flame retardant hoses have alkaline properties such as flame retardancy,high pressure,oil resistance,thermal insulation,and acid resistance.The use of this hose in petroleum drilling and exploration well control systems is superior to ordinary hard pipes.It is easy to install and disassemble,safe and reliable,time-saving and labor-saving,does not require maintenance,corrosion-resistant,has a long service life,and good fire resistance performance
Fire resistance of the hose:it can provide a working pressure of 15 minutes at 750°C.
Oil resistance:Immerse in hydraulic oil at 40°C to 100°C for 24 hours without falling or damage.
Flame retardant hose acid resistance:Immerse in 4%HCL and 4%NaOH solution within 24 hours without significant changes.
4.Pressure resistance of fire-resistant hoses:Under a pressure of 52.5MPa,there is no leakage for 5 minutes after stabilization,the fracture pressure is greater than 105MPa,and the surface of the hose does not deform.
5.Insulation:Place the pipe in an environment between 300°C and 50°C,inject water into the pipe for 20 minutes,and the temperature ratio inside and outside the pipe is 1:40.
