When there is a leak in the connection,first locate the leaking part and then inject the injection solution into the sandblasting tube of the leaking part.During the injection process,the solution is sprayed into the distributor through the injection pump,which then reaches the distributor.In the injection tube of the sandblasting tube,the other end of the sandblasting tube is sealed during injection,increasing the number of injection tubes used for injecting the solution.Because of the elasticity of the foam plastic strip,the stripes are deformed by extrusion.You can spray solution from the perforation hole to fill the leakage part of the gap to prevent leakage.
After carburization is completed,the carburizing tube must be rinsed with water.During flushing,the sealing front end of the sandblasting tube is opened.During the filling process,water flows in from one front of the sandblasting tube and the other side of the sandblasting tube.The output end exudes to complete the flushing of the grouting channel,so as to prevent the cement slurry in the grouting channel from clogging and blocking the grouting channel,so that the sandblasting pipe can be refilled,because one end of the spray pipe is sealed during the grouting process.
Therefore,during the injection process,the pressure in the injection channel continues to increase,the foam strip is compressed and deformed,and the injection is discharged from the injection hole.When flushing the pipeline,both ends of the sandblasting pipe are open,so water flows in from one end of the sandblasting pipe and out from the other end.The pressure of the cement pipe is low,and the polystyrene foam belt is recovering.Keep the injection hole in its original state to prevent water leakage from the sandblasting tube.
